Team Profile
The CoE Lead to Cash team assists SAP customers in optimizing their end-to-end customer engagement process, from initial lead generation to the final collection of cash. We support and advise our customers globally with SAP Best Practice to meet their business and IT requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse functional requirements from discussion and workshops with end users
- Provide recommendations on customer journey enhancement with digital transformation solutions
- Analyse customer behaviour data and identify customer requirements
- Work with developers to implement SD solutions
- Support business development within the practice
- Work with TQM/PM to deliver PE service remote or onsite, such as GLS, VTO, EOD, BPPO , TIC, and so on.
Qualifications
- 6 – 9years of Consulting experience in SAP SD. Take the SD module owner for at least 2 projects.
- Multiple oversea SAP project experiences.
- Ability to articulate technology concepts in a business understandable manner
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience of engaging at senior levels
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Good learning capability and teamwork
- Ability to travel to customer sites and other business-related travel, up to 50%
- 1-2 project experience with SAP VC.
- Experience of SAP Conditional Contract is a plus
Language
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Japanese or Korean is a plus
Education
- Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, or relevant discipline.
Professional Training & Certification
- SAP SD related certification.
- PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certification is a plus.
