What you will build

You’ll be part of a PM team responsible for delivering and evolving a suite of AI-enabled capabilities that power new shopping channels. Among others, these include:

• Collaborating with and integrating popular AI tools like Google Shopping and ChatGPT with shopping data using the latest industry protocols including MCP.
• Working across multiple teams to deliver storefront AI shopping assistants.
• Unifying the solution to simplify customer projects and reduce  time-to-market
• Ensuring storefronts meet industry needs for performance, technology, look-and-feel and are optimised for search and chat engines

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead product discovery and customer research to ensure new capabilities solve real problems and deliver valuable outcomes for SAP and its customers.
• Treat adoption as your north star—design, measure, and iterate to ensure merchants embrace what you build.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver & communicate high-quality, merchant-facing experiences.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve product performance and merchant satisfaction.

What you bring

The Composable Frontend Domain plays a critical role in SAP Commerce Cloud’s success by delivering third party AI access to storefront capabilities, a ready-made JavaScript storefront including AI shopping assistants, content management capabilities, and hosting and orchestration services. This domain is where your contributions can directly impact our customer’s customers.
